Terms of entry – Paris prize draw

We are giving away flights to Paris for two: return flights from Germany with a total budget of up to €500 for both people combined. Each order is one entry — active, outstanding orders are automatically included too.

1. Organiser

2. Dates and eligibility

The prize draw runs from 1 October 2026 at 00:00 to 30 October 2026 at 23:59 (German local time, Europe/Berlin). Individuals aged 18 or over may enter. Employees of the organiser and anyone directly involved in running the draw are excluded.

Every genuine order placed on bonjourben.com during the promotional period automatically receives one entry. Multiple orders mean multiple entries; the number of items and order value do not matter. Each order that is active and not yet fully fulfilled at the start of the promotion also automatically receives one entry, regardless of its original date. Subsequent delivery of an outstanding order does not affect its participation.

Orders already cancelled, failed or fully refunded before the promotion starts are not active outstanding orders. Abandoned carts, test orders and demonstrably abusive fictitious orders do not count as entries. Each order number is counted only once. Your statutory withdrawal and warranty rights remain unaffected; exercising them does not forfeit an entry already allocated.

There is no additional entry fee or obligation to subscribe to the newsletter. To opt out, email your order number to news@bonjourben.shop; this does not affect your order.

3. The prize

There is one prize for one winner and one companion: a shared economy return flight from a German airport to Paris. Bonjour Ben covers the actual flight costs, including mandatory taxes and fees, up to €500 in total. The limit covers both travellers and both directions together, not per person.

The departure airport, travel dates and itinerary will be agreed with the winner before booking, subject to availability. Bonjour Ben will make the booking within twelve months of acceptance of the prize. There is no entitlement to a particular airport, airline, direct flight or travel date.

Accommodation, meals, travel to and from airports, transfers, insurance and paid extras such as additional luggage or seat reservations are not included. The baggage rules of the agreed fare apply. If a preferred itinerary exceeds the budget, an alternative will be sought; any extra payment requires the winner’s express consent. No additional costs arise automatically.

No cash alternative or payment of any unused balance is available. The winner must travel and may freely choose their companion. Travellers are responsible for valid travel documents and compliance with entry requirements. Statutory claims against the airline remain unaffected.

4. Draw and notification

After entries close, one eligible entry will be drawn at random by 6 November 2026 at the latest. Every entry has an equal chance. The winner will be notified only by email, at the address associated with the selected order.

Please reply within 14 calendar days of the winner notification being sent. The exact deadline will also be stated in the email. If no reply is received, the email is permanently undeliverable or eligibility requirements are not met, another entry may be drawn. We will never request payment or bank or card details to accept the prize.

5. Data protection

The controller is COBEMA UG (haftungsbeschränkt), named above. We process only the order data necessary to allocate entries, conduct the draw and notify the winner, particularly order number, date, status, name and email address. Existing orders are automatically included on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a customer promotion (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); you may object at any time by email. Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR applies to fulfilment of an accepted prize.

Only the travellers’ data needed for booking flights will be passed to the airline or booking agent involved. Publishing your name or using your data for additional advertising requires separate consent. Taking part does not constitute consent to advertising.

Participant lists created specifically for the draw will be deleted no later than three months after the prize has been fully fulfilled, unless statutory retention requirements or the need to resolve specific claims require otherwise. Normal retention periods apply to existing order data. You have statutory rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to complain to a data protection authority. 6. Fair conduct

Proven manipulation may result in exclusion of the affected entries. This draw is organised by Bonjour Ben and is not associated with Instagram, Facebook or any airline; they are neither organisers nor sponsors. Statutory rights and access to the courts remain unaffected.
