Withdrawal policy

If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal.

We will reimburse you using the same payment method as your original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for goods that are not prefabricated and are made according to an individual choice or specification by the consumer, or are clearly personalised (e.g. individually printed or personalised items).
